We have been in Kewaskum, Wisconsin for the past 6 months- regrouping, resting, growing and learning to be a family. It has been awesome to be apart of a beginning move of God in West Bend with Pastors Dennis and Susan Bigley- Huttes Davids Church, Westbend. What happened just to be a visit in November has brought us to putting down some roots as we step into a new season as family. We also have been so blessed by Kewaskum House of Prayer who opened up their apartment above their Church to us.. We have been totally blessed by the body of Christ here and the Revelation of the Love of the Father, Truth, reality and healing they walk in for broken hearts . It’s pretty wild that even in the midst of ministry, revival we can get side tracked from the reality of what is going on in the issues of our hearts.
It says in Proverbs to guard your heart with all dilligence.
When we begin to come into truth of what is going on in our hearts then we can be in reality with those around us. We can allow the reality of Christ love to shape the wellspring of our hearts, washing away the hurts or attitudes that don’t line up with his perfect love.
We choose to allow the Holy Spirit to work in our hearts and lives by surrendering to who He is and His character thoughts. Sometimes this process can feel like you are going through intense refining fires but if we just hold onto the TRUTH of who Jesus is we can allow this process of refining to bring such JOY! Also it is OK to not put a timeline on this process and recieve His grace and love that He’s got us. He is working as we choose to repent and surrender! This brings such freedom
The above Devotional is from last year that I saw I never published! We are still in Kewaskum, Wisconsin. We are in a process of transition. We still have been totally blessed by the body of Christ in that region despite lots of warfare in the birthing of what God is doing there. We totally love Huttes Davids in Westbend, Wisconsin and bless them.
