Recently We have been offered a job position in Canada and its looking like several opportunities are opening. We orginally felt in our own strength no we could not do this position right now with kids, our lease is up in June 2020, it would be too hard so we said we need some more time to pray.
When we recieved this offer we began to seriously pray as we had no peace saying no or continuing living where we are at. We took 2 weeks to fast, pray and seek His face. The breakthrough came last Friday as I was just bending down to pick up a blanket from the floor I heard the Holy Spirit so clearly say would you give me a year?
Anthony was in another room seeking God recieving a deep peace and fire. We both were enveloped in this deep peace and glory that was undeniable.
God really dealt with our hearts that this is a family call to the First Nations in Canada. He also reminded me of the vision He gave me when I was visiting the First Nations reservation while I was dating Anthony of the harvest field that was ripe and I heard him say that Anthony and I were going to help Pastor the First Nation people. As I was flying into Canada that first time to see Anthony, I saw the Canadian flag on fire.
When we were praying I prayed about this decision to lay everything down and book a ticket to Canada, I heard the Lord say will you lay everything down and follow Anthony? Together we are following Christ! The tangible presence came into my room that I could not deny!
Recently he has been speaking to us about getting out of some current debt that has been very humbling by settling down and working a full time job. It is humbling and scary at times but we are learning who we are as pioneers and who Christ is in us!
Our current lease in Ypsilanti, Michigan is not done until June 2020. We are moving by faith that we heard the Lord clearly as we walk on the water.
It is super humbling, scary and exciting all at once to walk in His ways.
Please keep us in prayer as we make these transitions with our family and trust He is in control and our provider!
