This morning the Holy Spirit woke me up to pray. I found myself repenting for mixture in my life and the body of Christ. I repented for having any hatred in my heart toward my mother and anyone in my family.
Psalm 24:3-5 New King James Version (NKJV)
“3 Who may ascend into the hill of theLord?
Or who may stand in His holy place?
4 He who has clean hands and a pure heart,
Who has not lifted up his soul to an idol,
Nor sworn deceitfully.
5 He shall receive blessing from theLord,
And righteousness from the God of his salvation.“
This is a daily choice to surrender our lives to the Lord by purifying our hearts through the Holy Spirit. It’s a conscious decision that we all must take.
This is how we make disciples of Christ by allowing His perfect heart to live in us! When we truly surrender EVERYTHING and choose to be a vessel for His Glory, our lives will set an example to the nations. But it is a choice. Do I want the approval of man or the approval of my Father? When we are living for an audience of One- His Glory and ease will rest in our lives.
