I have been pondering this verse. What does it truly mean to love and be self disciplined? The Lord has been speaking to me that it is in the little things that He longs to teach us this principle. He is a good Father and loves us. Will we believe God and His promises for us even when all others around us doubt? We must stay in faith, love and joy. We must guard EVERY thought that comes into our minds and take it captive for Christ. When we begin to take authority in our minds ALL double mindedness must bow and our concern will be to be a vessel of love for God!
