I am writing this July update from the south right in the Bible belt, sweet Home Alabama! We temporarily left our truck and trailer home in Louisville, KY. We prayed, and both had peace just to drive to Wisconsin in our mini-van.
When we got to Wisconsin, we reconnected with friends, rested, and downsized a bunch of things. I went through all our clothes, deciding what to keep and what to give away. We worked pretty hard, but we got there! We brought some kitchen things and shelves for organization to our 1997 Mallard trailer home. It was alot but by His grace we did it!
While in Wisconsin, we felt like we heard the Lord say attend the Glory 2023 Conference at Church of His Presence. We have been listening to the online services as we have been in this season of in-between as Pastor Kilpatrick has been preaching on the Vexed series and getting unvexed.
It was really life-giving and encouraging for Anthony and I to partake in this teaching and the conference! We received a lot and are now taking it in and processing all that God is doing! We trust that He is able to complete that which He began. Philippians 1:6; “being confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.”
Through this whole process, we went through a bunch of tests of stress, doubt, unbelief, discouragement, to turn to fully trusting God and seeing Him provide in many ways. You can always trust that Daddy God will see you through because He is our Father, and He loves us! Through it all we have been growing deeper in our faith and love for each other as a family. I made a decision no matter the process I am committed to the Lord in my husband and my children. He is so big and amazing He is able to lead, Guide, correct, teach and restore everything ❤️
